The Frame report

ODESSA, March 15 -- Odessa-Montour Superitendent Jim Frame presented a preliminary report Thursday to the O-M School Board concerning a facilities option that would -- if adopted -- close the B.C. Cate Elementary School and leave a single educational campus in Odessa.

Frame said his study indicated savings of less than $50,000 from such a move, and that he did not consider it worth the trouble -- nor worth the resulting congestion in the Odessa facilities.
