WATKINS GLEN, Sept. 4-- The Watkins Glen girls varsity soccer team defeated Spencer-Van Etten Friday, Sept. 3, to even their record at 1-1.

The Interscholastic Athletic Conference contest was tied at 1-1 when Watkins Glen's Angela Keough helped settle the issue with her first two goals of the year. The Senecas then pulled away for a 6-1 victory.

Scoring in addition to Keough were Chelsea Lehman (the first goal of the game), and Brittany Miller, Hannah Pastrick and Chrissy Ector.
